    The Committee on Education moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:     

    S. B. 200 –- “A Bill to amend and reenact §18B-1-2 and §18B-2A-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, correcting names of certain state institutions of higher education.”
